They were absolutely amazing. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I that is why I have been a patient with Dr. Scherbarth for many years.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of.
