I am very pleased with the results that Dr. LauKaitis provided. A neck tumor surgery affected my right eye and eye lid several years earlier. Both eye lids were repaired and today they are absolutely perfect! Outstanding care, professionalism and natural looking enhancements to last for many years. Thank you.

Would have liked more information regarding what to expect prior to the surgery. Did not know what questions to ask. After surgery I know more questions that I wanted to ask regarding bruising and typical healing progress. I had an allergic reaction to the ointment but did not realize that was what was hindering my healing.

Really like Dr. LauKaitis! He is friendly and has a ton of experience working on eyes which is conforting. I had a few follow up issues (left messages with no return calls), but when I finally talked to the nurse, Jessica, she was awesome and put me at ease.

Was a bit tough working through the insurance stuff but once we got through that everything went very smoothly. so far the results look GREAT! I look forward to my eyes fully healed. Could expand on a few things in the home instructions about what you should continue after two days such as icing, sleeping with head up, when to start warm packs etc. also, point out the email to send pic's with concerns - that may have helped in my case with the allergic reaction.

Everyone (Dr. LauKaitis and Tina especially) were very patient and reassuring in listening to my worries about healing. Everyone in the surgery center were fabulous and professional as well (Pam and Brenda). I appreciate that I could email and send photos (selfies) regarding post op issues and loved that the problem I had was handled so fast. .
