They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. I started seeing Dr. Jak in Sequim wa. Moved to Yakima WA. He also had a clinic here. I never knew when he would come to town or when I get needed meds filled.
He closed his clinic here Nov. 15th. and didn't inform hid patients. That goes beyond negligence!
