The staff was friendly.
Dr. Monroe gives good sound medical advice.
There was a short period between the nurse leaving the room and the Dr. coming in.
The waiting room was full, but my appointment started right on time.

The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.
