I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
