I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

Yes

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
