They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. It wasn't hard to find. She was friendly and willing to give a clear and detaild explanation of my son's Milk allergy. We discussed that Casein is the milk Protein an is used in many foods, such as meat and spices. When I called later with questions they were willing to help. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I liked the atmosphere and the staff was kind.

They are VERY slow when it comes to refilling prescriptions. Basically you need to take it into your hands to get anything done. Not happy at all.

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to Dr. Walker no matter how many questions I have. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting after an appointment of allergy shot.
