This has to be the absolute worst medical office in history. On my 1st visit (keep in mind they have you come in 20 minutes early as it is for new patient paperwork) I waited for 1 hour and 15 minutes to see anyone. My second and final visit was today and I left without seeing Dr. Evans. I was treated as if I was a nuisance for daring to ask why 30 minutes into it I had not seen anyone. Upon asking, I was told that it would be another 30-45 minutes on top of that and then treated as if I am stupid for not knowing that they have a 20-30 minute appointment window after your scheduled time. If they cannot handle a schedule, do you really trust them to do surgery on you?? NOT me.

No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time

Not at all, they made me feel stupid for even saying anything at all
Did this ENT Otolaryngologist offer you a possible remedy for your condition during your first visit?
Not only did they not offer me a remedy, I had to go somewhere else to get help

The staff was okay. The office was charming, but a little out of the way. Dr. Bramhall was friendly, but really did not listen to me. He misread my records from my regular doctor and kept telling me I had had six sinus infections in three months, and that was impossible. I kept telling him he must be misreading my chart because it had been more like six sinus infections in 15 months (I think he couldn't remember what year it was). Then he looked at my two-year old catscan and told me my sinuses were obviously clear. I said, "Uh, those were taken two years ago." He seemed flustered at first and then just concluded the visit and told me to come back when I was symptomatic, because I looked fine to him. I told him that my doctor was concerned i might have a secondary fungal infection due to all of the antibiotics I had been on. Dr. Bramhall told me there was no such thing, even though an urgent care doctor told me the same thing, and I have read a lot about it on the Internet, from credible sources such as WebMD and the Mayo Clinic website. When I was sick again, I called back and his office could not get me in for almost two weeks, so I just went back to my regular doctor. Now I am sick again, and just not sure I want to see Dr. Bramhall again, even though my regular doctor insists I need to see an ENT. Kind of stuck, because I just don't trust he will take me seriously.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. I waited awhile to see the doctor but I can tell you it was worth the wait. Dr. Bramhall is one of the kindest, most honest doctors I have met in quite some time. He listened about any input I had and took everything I had to say to heart. He took his time with me and treated me like a person that mattered, not just a number. I would recommend Dr. Bramhall to anyone from young children to the elderly.
