I really felt comfortable and secure in their care. The equipment was safe and well taken care of and appeared to be pretty sophisticated. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. This is one of the friendliest and most welcoming offices I've ever visited. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important.

They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.

I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority.


I am not sure WHERE in the world those other reviews came from! I would NEVER refer Dr. Spooner! His staff is the RUDEST, UNORGANIZED people I have ever met! I walked out on two appts bc of it! He did surgery on me and STILL couldnt tell me one bit of info on what he had done! Steer clear of this place!
