They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

I showed up 20 minutes early for my 1 year old daughter's appointment to fill out paperwork since this was our first visit. I arrived at 9:40 and didn't get called back until 11:00 for my 10:00 appointment. Usually, I don't get too agitated except I personally saw two people before me complain and then walk out. After I had been there for about 45 minutes a young man walks in and says he wants to see his regular doctor about some back pain. He named Dr. Sneed and then sat for about 10-15 minutes and got called back. All the while I am still in the waiting room with my restless 1 year old. Then another patient walks in and apologizes about being late to her 10:30 appointment with the same doctor, Dr. Sneed. She sits down and waits less than 5 minutes and gets called back. After that I went to the counter and asked if I was ever going to get my daughter into her appointment and I expressed that I had been there for almost an hour and a half waiting and that a walk-in and a late appointment that was scheduled after mine got to go back before I did. I almost think she forgot about me because about 30 seconds later I got called back. They didn't have a baby scale so I had to hold my daughter and get on the scale and then I had to hand her to the nurse and get back on the scale again. (When I was looking for a new doctor I read that he took 6 months old and up...yea right). After another 25 minutes in the room waiting for the doctor, my daughter fell asleep. Then when he came in he told me her growth was normal, but didn't discuss any of the new stages she would be going through, what foods she was now allowed to eat, what progress she had been making in her development....basically nothing. He discussed what shots she was going to get and then told me he would be back to administer them. About 10 minutes later the nurse walks in to administer the shots. I asked the nurse to get the doctor so I could ask some questions regarding my daughters growth, but I ended up waiting another 15 minutes with a screaming, hungry 1 year old (because now it was way past her lunch time) and still no doctor. I walked out to the nurses station and had to interrupt their conversation after not acknowledging me and told her to tell the doctor that I would not be coming back to this office and that I would be calling if I needed any information regarding my daughter's medical records if I needed them. Needless to say, I was not very happy with how this office conducted itself and how the doctor spent very little time with us. I went in for a wellness exam for my 1 year old and basically walked out with shots and no information which is not what I have experienced with my daughter's previous doctor. The only reason I left the other doctor (which I absolutely adore was because we moved).

I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.

Over the years I have been to many doctors, some good, some bad. Dr. Sneed is perhaps the most caring down to earth doctor I have ever been to. He has the ability to explain things in terms that are easy to understand. He genuinely seems to care about his patients. When you leave his office you leaving feeling informed and secure in the fact that he truly has your best interest at heart. I would recommend Dr. Sneed to anyone seeking a new physician.
