It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude... especially Dr. Perry!! He seemed to have a chip on his shoulder when he walked in the room, never made eye contact and definately made it clear that he had no time or interest in small talk! I gave him the benefit of a doubt thinking that maybe he just had a hard day but after several visits, I realized that the attitude is Dr. Perry and nothing more. I have found a wonderful NEW Dr. in Little Elm that genuinly cares. His name is Dr. Ajay Pathak. He even takes Medicaid and also has an excellent pediatricianin the office. I highly recommend!
