I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.

One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.

His staff is accessable but not overly friendly. He does require office visits for any medical questions. He is knowledgeable and communicative. I would recommend highly.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.
