Their office equipment was in superior shape. Everything was very advanced and very well taken care of and clean. His team, receptionist, PA,etc act as a well oiled machine. It is obvious that they love & respect the dr. If there is any wait time, it is minimal. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient, more spaces for parking available. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
