I have been a patient here for going on 3 months and am very happy with the services provided. I've seen some reviews with negative comments and am unsure what could've been wrong. All staff and Dr. Zemicheal have been great and went out of their way to help me. If you looking for a great doc and staff that treat you with respect I suggest going here.

Dr Zemichael is a good psychiatrist who took all of my concerns seriously, he keeps me accountable for my treatment. I love the office staff as well. I have done the best I have ever done in my treatment program.

Very displeased with initial visit. Did not spend much time talking, he pretty much just talked "at" me in a very condescending way. He even took a cell phone call during our initial visit-very rude.

Dr Zemichael was very considerate of my needs for opiate addiction. His staff were friendly and very involved to help me have the best life possible. I highly recommend this provider. they have a great program!

I felt very judged during my appointments. I couldn't believe how accusatory and condescending they were. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. Their staff is more the problem than the doctor. The rules for random drug test if you are out of town, require you to go to a hospital or lab, and have them drug test you, and bring in results. I have checked around Knoxville, and there is no where to get this done, without paying a separate emergency room bill, or doctor bill. This is a set up for failure.

HE IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL ! HE WAS RECORDED ON MY CELL PHONE IN RE GUARDS OF ALL THE YELLING HE WAS DOING OVER A PAPER MY LAWYER GAVE ME FOR DISABILITY I DO BELIEVE HE IS IN MUCH NEED OF MY MEDS WORSE THEN I AM!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN RECORDED AND THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE RECORDING ..YOU NEED TO LEARN HOW TO CONTROL YOUR ANGER MORE AND ACT LIKE AND ADULT AND A DOCTOR..!!!!!!
