The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. One thing that really bothers me is bad breath, but I am happy to report that I have no complaints here. Their breath is always very fresh. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
