Not at all, I didn't notice a smell.

No, my appointment started at the scheduled time

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. The staff made it completely obvious that they didn't respect Mark Vlasak, MD. It made me uncomfortable and I wasn't sure if I wanted to return.
