They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

The chairs in the waiting room were of the highest quality. I was so comfortable while waiting for the appointment. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Their staff is very friendly and professional.
