I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
