They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. I was so impressed with how great they were at answering each and every question I had in-depth. They were so patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I was so impressed with how great they were at answering each and every question I had in-depth. They were so patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information
