My appointments at the office went okay. I only saw two of the doctors. When I arrived at the hospital in horrible pain they insulted me and told me I was not in real labor. Turned out I was. After going back in again just a few moments after leaving the hospital because I could hardly walk they finally gave me a room. I sat there in pain for over an hour until a rude doctor came in with no greeting and ripped off my blanket and checked my cervix. She said I was 5 cm and left the room. A while later a nurse showed up. She was the only one who truly helped me. She stayed with me even after her shift was over. When it finally came time for me to get into the maternity ward and everything was being set up a different doctor came in and said that he was going to deliver the baby. I was okay with that because I had him before. They induced me even though I was already in active labor giving me potocin with out asking making everything so much more painful. It was only the nurse and I for the longest time and the doctor never came back. When I was finally 10 cm and ready to push a DIFFERENT doctor came in and said that I was ready, but that he couldn't help me. This was because the other doctor had signed the chart and he wasn't allowed to do anything for me. Even though the other doctor was currently in TWO different C-Section surgeries. I had to WAIT for him to be done. They sent in a few more nurses who kept telling me not to push...for FOUR hours. When the doctor did finally arrive he was very rude and told me to stop "whining" and push. After a while I had no more energy and had to beg him to help me. He finally used the vacuum thing to get my daughter out. I ended up getting a 4th degree cut and still have problems to this day. (Which I brought up at 3 different appointments the following year and was told "It's normal, get over it.") It was the worst experience of my life and I still have nightmares from it. I'm currently pregnant and have anxiety attacks all the time because I'm so afraid of what is going to happen this time around. I would not ever go to this doctor again.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted

Yes, they were extremely thorough

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs. They were fantastic.
Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.
