It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.

No, no one seemed to notice I was there

No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time

Their office was nice and quiet the staff were polite. Their prices were fair. They tried to push me to take a medication that I knew had bad side effects on an aquaintance. In my case, I found the doctor to be rather rude.

They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.

They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
