Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They had already reviewed my medical history before the appointment, and went over it with me in the exam room so as not to miss anything. They were extremely thorough and made sure not to miss one detail. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Dr. Gentile is so nice and makes you feel like he really cares about you and your personal needs, unlike some doctors who just want to see you as quick as possible and move onto the next patient. He takes as much time as you need to answer questions and inform you of medications, etc.
