They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.

I have already recommended them to my friends and loved ones. I was so impressed with their care and treatment! They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I can even get an appointment the same day sometimes (helps when i wake up crooked).

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I didn't have any trouble at all. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Dr Yoon and his staff are Top Notch without a doubt among the Best in the business.
