Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

The phone rang a lot and it was really annoying

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

Dr. Rebecca Long has been my personal doctor since I was a young boy and I have always felt at home in her office(s). She always remembers and greet me by name even if it has been YEARS since my last visit. She is a true amazing woman and is extremely easy to talk to. She takes her time while making you feel like you are the only individual on her schedual. I only realized how blessed I was after I visited another doctor who rushed my answers, tried sticking me unsuspectingly with needles, and ran out after my visit like it had been a bad date. Because of this, I would strong encourage anyone concidering Dr. Long to give her a chance to influence your life as she has influenced mine.

I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
