They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Dr. Bittner's staff are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting her. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I highly recommend Dr. Bittner for your allergy/asthma related needs. I am flexible to go to the office where Dr. Bittner is for the day when a family member is ill. She takes the time to listen, and she is always willing to assist in figuring out the medical issues that is being experienced.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
