Dr. Hirsch was my family doctor for probably 20 years, it started with my mother who visited him because he was downtown. My mom started taking us there, he is the most caring man and doctor. Not sure how it happened, but my mother had alot of medical problems later in life and felt offended and didn't want to deal with this awful rude red headed nurse of Dr. Hirsch's. She wrote Dr. Hirsch a letter about how she felt and was then basically told she was not a welcomed patient any longer. We, as her family, were also no longer welcomed. I can't tell you how painful it is for my mother and I both. I would like nothing more than to go back to MY doctor who knows me and I trust implicitly. I've tried getting to talk to Dr. Hirsch and find out why, or how to get back to him, but am always blocked from communication with him. I do not blame him, I blame his office staff. If you're looking for an amazing doctor, who will always give you the best care imaginable, and always know what the underlying problem is whether you talk about it or not, he's the one you want to visit.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Their staff is very friendly and professional. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

Dr. Hirsch and his staff are very good. Dr. Hirsch is a great listenener and will do everything he can to get you feeling better. Highly recommend

Dr. Hirsch was my doctor for 20 years and treated my childen as well. I moved to another state and had to get a new doctor, but none compared to Dr. Hirsch. He is truly Doctor Feelgood.
