I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I have more than once recommended them to my friends and people I've met. They are the best of the best!

Dr. Seth Silberman, MD is a very good ENT doctor who treated me with the utmost respect and courtesy. He was concerned about some of the hearing problems I seemed to be having and made sure that I was given exhaustive testing to see what was going on and reassured me about what was going on. I deeply appreciated his kindness and willingness to answer all of my questions thoroughly. LOVE this doctor and I would recommend him to anyone seeking expertise in the field of ENT medicine. You WON'T be disappointed! Good man, good doctor and very kind staff, too!

Yes, it was downright irritating!

Steetsboro office receptionist is very rude! Staff did not make me feel comfortable. Didn't know anything more when I left than I did when I arrived at either appointment. I will not spend anymore of my hard earned money at this facility!

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
