I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. I thought it was strange that they didn't want me to get a second opinion ever. In fact, they got upset when I said I wanted to. It made me question their motives. I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship.
