They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They even send me a postcard so I remember to schedule my yearly checkup. They are extremely reliable. Let me just say that this business is in a safe area and you will be pleased by the lovely surroundings.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Both of my daughters had Karen Moorma as their OB/GYN. We were more than happy with their care.

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. Dr. Moorma is the best OB/GYN I have ever been to, she has helped me with every issue and always listens, she is awesome.
