I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all.
