I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

Amazing care is what you get when you visit Dr. Everhart. He is extremely knowledgeable and confident he can get to the root cause of any issue. He saved my wife's life a few years ago when traditional medicine could do nothing for her. I highly recommend him, especially when traditional medicine fails you.

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.

Not at all. I felt terrible for all the staff members

Way too loud! I could barely hear what anyone was saying over the noise

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information
