I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them.
