Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. They need to treat their staff with more respect. They weren't overly rude but they could have been a lot nicer. I definitely didn't make progress during my sessions. I actually think I'm worse than I was before I started going.
