It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I have been with this doctor for a long long time. He will be our life long provider.

I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all.
