OVERALL, THE EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD. DR ROSTAN AND THE ENTIRE STAFF ARE GREAT. ALMOST NO WAIT TIMEAND THE INFORMATION AND FEED BACK FROM DR ROSTAN WAS VERY HELPFUL. SHE EXPLAINED THE RESULTS AND TREATMENTREQUIRED VERY WELL.

Thanks, The entire experience was simple and seamless. My initial call for info and an appointment was straightforward. A date for consult/treatment was set up conveniently. there was no wait at all, and after my initial consultation treatment was provided in a very timely manner ( I was out the door within 30 minutes....just what I needed.) The treatment itself stung a bit, but not severely. I have been pleased with the results. There was a little redness the first few days; the lesions (I had Gentle Lase treatment for pigmented lesions on my face) scabbed over then peacefully disappeared and within one week were gone. This survey is a reminder to me to schedule the followup exam in a few weeks; thanks for jogging my memory on that! Bert

I was just in to get a spot lasered/removed. This was my second treatment on it, and I am very pleased with the results. My overall experience with the office has been wonderful, which is why I drive 30 minutes to see dr. rostan and the staff. My last botox experience was not the best, unfortunately, so I'll be sure to note this the next time I come in for a treatment.Many thanks,Kiran

My overall experience was excellent. My wait time was a little longer than expected, but everything worked out. I did not know what to expect Re:pain, but it was tolerable! I look forward to continuing my regimen this month! All of the staff were very professional and helpful.

I will need to wait to see how my Botox does, but I have always been pleased. Kristin is very good! She is also very thorough when answering questions. I really like her. She is so pleasant. Thanks!!

My experience here was flawless. I have read some negative reviews online but you have to be a pretty miserable human being to begin with if you actually have a bad experience here. Everyone was professional and kind and Dr. Rostan did a great job while performing my minor procedure.

I suspected I had a Squamous cell carcinoma, so Dr. Rostan took a biopsy and checked my skin to see if she saw any other suspicious places. The visit was personable, medically informative, and the biopsy was a quick painless procedure.

I absolutely love the warm environment at Charlotte Skin & Laser. Dr. Rostan along with her sweet staff are all so welcoming. I appreciate the genuine friendliness of the front desk as well as the professional expertise of Kirsten as my esthetician, Dr. Rostan as my dermatologist, and Kristen as the best nurse ever! I appreciated that Dr. Rostan followed up with me after my procedure on December 7th even though I didn't have a scheduled appointment with her . I had post procedure pictures taken. I am pleased with the results of the procedures I had done on December 7th; I do hope that I see more results in the next 3 months since it is supposed to take months before one sees the final results after the laser and infini treatments that I had.
Either way, I was advised to have another infini treatment which I will definitely have done in the near future.
