I will absolutely return. I had and continue to have (an) amazing experience(s), and they were by far the best run doctors office I've ever seen. Dr. Jacob is kind, reassuring, and helpful. The emergency calling system is efficient and professional. There was no annoying music playing while I waited in the waiting room or during my visit. Very conveniently located office. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long due to the fact that i take the earliest appointment available!!

I have been Dr. Jacob's patient twice and going for third time. She is most helpful and friendliest Dr. I never felt that she did not care. During my delivery she was there with me for almost whole day (she did not even go home to rest). When she told me I will have to go for a c-section (no amniotic fluid around baby), she reassured me and she was super nice. I felt better already. I am a Muslim and I never felt any religious discrimination in her office. In fact the staff was always smiling and welcoming. I would recommend Dr. Jacob to everyone (with nice insurances :))

When I was giving birth, Dr. Jessica Jacob told me I was too old for VBAC. Really? Dr. Jacob knew my age since my first visit and told me I was a candidate for VBAC and she would attempt it. Not before I was admitted to the hospital, I found out I was "old". There was another woman in Labor at the same time - maybe Dr. Jacob did not have time for me. In any case, Dr. Jacob was very rude with me and I ended up with another section.
