Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.

They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.
