They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. . They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They always made time to answer questions and address concerns about my condition and meet my needs.
