Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. Their equipment was safe and well taken care of, which really says a lot about their standards of care to me. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

I have been going to Dr. Nakamura's office for many years. I followed him when he left the Williamson Medical Center. His office is always perfect. His staff are always courtious to me when I am there or when I call. He is the BEST doctor I have ever gone to and he always picks the best other doctors for me when he needs to send me to a referral.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Their staff was somewhat friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome.
