Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Their staff was somewhat friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
