Dr. Daniel Arenos overtime has become short fused, displayed fits of rage
and appears hard pressed for income- He has had sundry staffing problems and has fired almost all of his former staff. His team of nurses headed up by a LPN, who has also displayed rudeness, she fails to return calls for hours on end, and is unable to convey appropriate information to the doctor. Futhermore, Dr. Arenos-often forgets crucial information about patient care as I have experienced him- often reminding him of the meds I take, and so forth. But more disconcerting are moods that spike inappropriately in front of staff and patients in the waiting room. However, he is a kind man, by and large, who often does his best to provide care- yet because of poorly tempered mood swings, at this juncture, I would advise another internal care phsyician. Finally, if he is having a good day, he is caring and attentive. On the other hand, pressures from work and I suspect his fiscal and familial problems can be totally inappropriate- often getting his facts wrong about a crisis. It's a flip of the coin care. Yet, he is extremely competent. For anyone who suffers with PSTD, or GAD (general axiety disorder) I strongly recommend securing another internist.
No doctor, should fly in a fit of unbridled rage to a patient suffers from conditions that were noted above be humilated, defamed, and incur emotional trauma by their care provider

The doctor is good, he seems to care about most of his patients. However, I have been in the examing room and hear their love life stories, I ahve heard them complain about other patients. There is quite a bit of turn over in the office staff; not sure why. Debbie the nurse; horrible; she complains about her salary and does not go that extra mile. I think Doc would be better off without her; perhaps a judgement issue here. Michele is very good; she should find a better team (this group does not support her well enough. She suffers due to the por staff practicies.
