The waiting room at this pediatrician's office had two separate areas, one for "sick" kids and one for "well" kids. This really gave me a peace of mind that my child wouldn't get sick. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.

Not at all. They wouldn't let me leave unless my child got every vaccination

Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!
Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment?

The providers in this group are just 'ok'. I ALWAYS have to wait at lease 45 minutes or longer to see a doctor (even though I have an appointment). Their office staff isn't the friendliest. They come with a ton of attitude. I am also unimpressed with their phone etiquette. I'm not sure if they really knew anything about child safety and nutrition, they definitely never mentioned it. I was hoping they would be able to give me more information. As a result of all of this I am changing my son's Pediatrician.
