I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

Dr. Patel was referred to me by a co worker a few years ago. What a wonderful Doctor. My husband now goes to him as well. He asks a lot of questions about your condition and does not rush you in and out as if he is just providing a service. He genuinely cares about you and does not treat his practice as a business.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
