Dr. Ferges is an astute diagnostician. He recognized the possibility of celiac disease and immediately sent me for the appropriate testing. This saved me months and, likely, years of suffering, doctor visits, and endless testing along with the expense, worry, and damage that goes with delayed diagnosis. The staff is compassionate; they are always more than happy to courteously answer my questions. I've felt awkward at times in some other doctor's offices when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They always make me feel respected and attended to. They are by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. The pleasant, clean presentation of their office adds to patient comfort. At a time when celiac disease is still unfamiliar to most doctors, Dr. Ferges is a giant! I will forever be grateful for his expert knowledge and care.

One thing that I appreciated about this office was their waiting room. The chairs were nice-very comfortable. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.
