This was one of the most informative appointments I think I have ever had. All of my questions were answered and I left feeling very educated about my condition. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
