I am completely at ease during my appointments here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. My whole experience at this office was above average..
I am a nurse and moved to Omaha while pregnant with my 2nd. I left an outstanding doctor from St. Louis and was very worried that I would not find a similiar doctor here. I was so wrong! Dr Jurgensen is definately one of the best OB/GYN's in the area. He is smart, insightful, funny and extremely personable. He thoroughly went through my previous history and was very proactive in my care. Beside taking great care of my growing belly, he also took care of my mental well being. My husband went through 2 really bad rounds of chemo right after my 2nd was delivered and during the end of my 3rd and final pregnancy and delivery. He kept in touch and went above and beyond to make sure that not only was the newborn and I were physically well, but that I was emotionally well for a sick husband, new baby, my other kids and no family in town. I can't say enough about this doctor. And as a nurse I have a pretty high standard of what I expect in a doctor and he exceeds it every time without fail.

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They knocked before entering the exam room, which I found to be very professional. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. Dr. William Jurgensen Jr, has delivered all my children and was even there for me during my miscarriages. He had been my OB for 15 years and is terrific, kind, patient, curious and knowlegable. My pregancies were very high risk, including the delveries in which I received an extreme case of pup rash in which he handled very professionally.

Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond
