The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They made an extra effort to emphasize preventative care, and gave me a ton of information about child safety and nutrition. I felt like they genuinely cared about my child's health.

Not really, they mostly ignored my child

Not at all, their cologne smelled great

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Whenever I asked them for more information about anything, they were happy to take the time to give me as much information as I wanted. They made me feel like every question I had was important. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. The waiting room at this pediatrician's office had two separate areas, one for "sick" kids and one for "well" kids. This really gave me a peace of mind that my child wouldn't get sick. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money
