Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. Their staff is very friendly and professional.

They seemed like they were extremely irritated and that they couldn't talk to me on the phone. They didn't seem to want to help answer any questions even though the Dr notes say, "Call me with any questions". They were arrogant, The nurse was extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. Even saying to me that I am not a supervisor, then the Dr signs a note saying I am (correctly) a supervisor. please make up your mind! I told the Nurse to have the Dr call me back but that never happened.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information
