Dr Wells is a great doctor but the staffs at the clinic are very unprofessional. I visited the clinic with my son and the nurses did not give clear instruction for proper care of my son. My son along with another baby was being seen at the same time and when it was time for both of us to leave the nurse came around to give after care instruction and got the information confused. The first mistake was instead of referring to the children by name they called them the big baby and the little baby. When the nurse went to give instruction for after care of the children she gave the information to the wrong mothers. Being that I have never had a son caring for him after being circumcised was something I knew very little about and to be given the wrong information resulted in my son having to cut again. When I returned to the doctor because of my concerns in his healing process I was told that most mothers who can afford it get their children circumcised before they leave the hospital and I was also put into the category with young mothers who don't care to properly take care of their children. Until the nurse came in that actually give me the information on my first visit and confirmed that she did tell me that information because that’s what she was told to give the mother with the big baby. In what world are children referred to in such a way. This small mishap to them resulted in my son having to be circumcised again and endeavor all that pain again. No one apologized or even cared enough to say something as simple as I'm sorry. My main concern was due to a lack of professionalism this happen to my son what happens when it’s something more serious than a circumcision and the aftercare instruction is given to the wrong parents. Who will be held accountable then?
