They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.

The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there.

I tried to make an appointment at this office and the receptionist Valerie was extremely rude. I called in to make an appointment for my daughter and she sounded annoyed by my phone call and the fact that I had questions. This was a first time call to this office so of course I had initial questions. Valerie was so annoyed and unprofessional that she actually hung up on me, when I called back, she hung up again. I ended up speaking to someone else and making the appointment. (Only because this dentist is the only one available in the area under my daughters insurance-and was hoping the rest of the office was not like Valerie!)

The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I keep records of all my dental procedures, so I appreciated them giving me an invoice right when I asked. They are very organized and professional. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.
